Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established and growing business within the motorsport, F1, and aerospace supply sector. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with genuine long-term career progression. Role Overview * £12.71 per hour * 40 hours per week * Initially Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm * Moving onto rotating shifts: * Week 1: 7:30am–4:00pm * Week 2: 11:00am–7:30pm Key Responsibilities * Working within a busy warehouse environment * Inspecting outgoing deliveries to ensure quality control and correct quantities * Maintaining accurate stock control and recording systems * Ensuring attention to detail when handling and storing goods * Interpreting measurements, sizes, and transport information * Using basic computer systems to record stock (full training provided) * Manual handling of goods up to 20kg About You * Previous warehouse experience is essential * High attention to detail and accuracy * Comfortable with manual handling duties * Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn * Basic IT skills are an advantage but not required If you’re looking for a long-term opportunity with progression in a fast-paced and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you
